Reframe 2014: Film Judge
Gilani Sumida-Moiseff graduated from the Mid-Pacific School of the Arts Program in 2005. She has a Bachelors of Humanities and Arts from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a Masters of Fine Arts Candidate at the New York University, Tisch School of the Arts Asia in Film Production.
Reframe 2014: Film Judge
Greg Doi was born on the island of Oahu and was raised in the Alewa area. He has been working in the Motion Picture industry in Hawaii for 12 years as a Director of Photography and Lighting Technician. Greg started out as a intern training with different production companies where he found his start as a camera operator for various local productions. A few years later he joined IATSE 665 as a Set electrician and started working on the TV show Lost. Since then he has gone on to work on many more TV shows as well as Feature Films such as Just Go With It, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Hunger Games and Godzilla. In 2008, Greg along with his business partner, started up Subdivision Productions which produces Short and Feature film projects. Together they have won different short film festivals as well as premiering a feature film at The Hawaii International Film Festival.
